U.S. Army Veteran. Airborne. Lineman. My first experience with unmanned aerial systems came while deployed to Iraq, where I trained on the RQ-11 Raven; a hand launched surveillance drone used for real-time recon. That experience, combined with my time in the military jumping from perfectly good airplanes; sparked a lifelong respect for perspective, precision and operating under pressure. Years later; working as an Electric Lineman climbing poles in storm and restoring power in critical conditions; I sharpened that mindset even further: Stay calm, Stay ready and Deliver results. Today, I operate Shadow Grids Systems, a tactical drone based recovery, Search & Rescue company serving Southern Virginia. I help locate lost game, assist in search & rescue missions and provide thermal intel with purpose and accuracy. This isn’t just drone work; it’s mission support when it matters most.
